Voice Verification is conceptually similar to fingerprinting.
It is common knowledge that each person’s fingerprints
have unique characteristics that can be used to distinguish
one person from another. It has also been proven that
each person can be identified by the unique features of
his or her vocal characteristics and speaking patterns.
After
your caller enters their credit card information, they
are asked to say their name as it appears on their credit
card. Their voice-print is recorded and stored on our
servers for 12 months with a time and date stamp as well
as their caller ID. Voice
Verification can be extremely helpful when disputing a
customer chargeback if one does occur.
Prevent
credit card fraud by scaring off identity thiefs. Our
automated system will continue to prompt the customer
for their Voice Print until they speak at an audible volume.
