Our systems act as a Virtual Receptionist by gathering your caller's credit card information and recording their Audio Signature before connecting the call. When the Virtual Receptionist connects the call, it tells you or your employees that there is a call for "your company". If you order a multiple extension system, it will announce the extension number that has been dialed. The system can be configured to: Forward calls to pre-recorded content. Forward to a live advisor. Set your business hours of operation. Log on or off and change your availability status. Set the maximum time allowed for each call. Charge per minute, flat rate or a combination. Set each extension independently. Hunt to the next available extension until answered.
Multiple Extensions for Employees Add up to 999 additional extensions to your system. Each extension has separate hours of operation, cost per minute, web page, status buttons and independent control panels to view call reports and change the extension settings. The master control panel allows you to administer and update all of the employee information and the payout percentage for each extension.
When A Customer Calls They will hear your greeting which tells them who you are, what you are offering and the cost of the call. Callers will then be prompted to enter their credit card information. The funds are verified, pre-authorization is obtained and the call goes through. Once the call has ended, the system will calculate the total minutes and complete the transaction.

Reliable Service! Your Web Control Panel with all of your settings and files are maintained on a reliable system that's monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All the data is stored in a fast (replicated) database on our servers. It is also saved in real time onto a second backup drive. Each night, the data is saved again to another hard drive on a different server. Finally, each week, all your information is transferred to DAT tape. We guarantee 99.99% uptime.
Performance Tracking Your online control panel includes a Call Stats interface that displays real-time call logs, including extension dialed, caller ID, time and date, wait time and call duration.
Availability Status For each extension we provide you with a unique HTML code to insert into your website that will display the availability status indicators. When the available button is clicked, your Web-Call page opens in a new window. When you set your availability to take calls from your control panel, your Status Indicator buttons say:

When busy with another caller.
When turned off. You can also submit your own custom buttons that match the design of your website. With a Bill Per Call Platinum account, a Web page is automatically generated for you for each of your extensions. When a customer clicks your Status Indicator buttons, the Web Call page for the corresponding extension is opened. You can easily add voice and pictures to this page. You are also given a unique link which allows you to e-mail your voice-enabled Web page to whomever you choose. With this feature, you can provide updates via text or captivating audio content. Your Web site can become your own "virtual postcard"!

Audio and Text Profiles With audio and text profiles, you can provide a descriptive narrative of the product or service you're offering. Your customers have the option of hearing and/or reading what you have to say about your product or service. Text profile also provides your viewers the convenience of copying or printing the information you've provided.

At any time you may temporarily disable your account for up to a year if you decide to cancel billing of your monthly maintenance fee. There is a $100 reconnection fee to have your services reinstated.
